Peter qualified as a Solicitor in April 2014 having specialised in personal injury litigation during his training contract. Peter continued to develop this area of expertise and moved across to Balfour+Manson LLP in 2019. During his time with B+M LLP he developed a complex case load of personal injury cases as well as working on Group Actions, Aviation cases and Professional Negligence cases.
Some notable settlements have included actions involving prosthetics provision, fatal cases, cross border asbestos litigation, aviation cases and complex liability cases. The team are further involved in advising on group proceedings covering musko-skeletal issues for Kenyan Tea Pickers against a Scottish Company. He continues to learn within B+M’s injury team who are highly ranked in Scottish legal market nominated for litigation team of the year 2022 at the Scottish legal awards along with their rankings in Chambers and Legal 500.
