Charley represents individuals bringing civil claims arising from intentional abuse, including sexual abuse. Her past and ongoing instructions include claims against local authorities, religious institutions and professional sports clubs.
Recently, Charley worked on sexual assault claims brought by various claimants against hedge fund manager Crispin Odey.
Charley currently represents the appellant in a CICA Appeal arising from serious childhood sexual abuse.
Away from chambers Charley plays football and, when time allows, she enjoys hiking in locations ranging from the Lake District to the Atlas Mountains.
