Claire is a Legal Director at Enable Law, working solely in personal injury and clinical negligence for 15 years. She is accredited by the Law Society as a specialist in clinical negligence and is joint co-ordinator of the APIL Devon and Cornwall regional group.
Claire is experienced in investigating clinical negligence claims relating to all types of injuries. Examples include delay in diagnosing meningitis, amputation claims and complex birth injuries. In addition, Claire investigates claims on behalf of the mother for injuries such as incontinence from 3rd or 4th degree tears which may not have been recognised.
Through her work Claire is actively involved with multiple charities which includes supporting people who suffer from brain injuries, maternal and birth injuries. Her involvement has included presenting at training sessions, helping with organising events, and fundraising. Claire is also a member of the Devon and Exeter Medio-Legal Society.
Outside of work Claire has two young children and enjoys running and playing netball.
