Phil Gott specialises in skills training, coaching and blended learning for law firms. He is a founder member of the Professional Speakers Association and has been voted Trainer of the Year by Learning in Law. Clients range from ‘magic circle’ firms to regional and single-office firms both in the UK and overseas. Phil authored the ARK/Managing Partner research report on Learning & Development in Law Firms.
