Harsheda Mistry has worked in costs for over 22 years, with over 16 years' experience working as a costs lawyer. She started her career working for defendant law firms and costs firms before moving to Stewarts.

Harsheda’s experience spans personal injury, clinical negligence and commercial costs. Since April 2013 she has concentrated on compiling and advising on clients’ and opponents’ budgets and attending case and costs management conferences in the High Court.
She also worked within International Arbitration dealing with contested fees which encompassed multiple currency exchanges.

Harsheda has experience of working for Inquiries, in relation to witness evidence and has also been involved in large volume disclosure exercise.
