Alex Rouse

Dr. Alex Rouse is a Consultant Physician at the National Spinal Injuries Centre, Stoke Mandeville, specialising in Spinal Injury and Paediatric Spinal Injury Rehabilitation Medicine. He holds qualifications including an Honours BSc in Medical Sciences with Management, MB BS, MRCP London, and a Diploma in Child Health from the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health.

Dr. Rouse has expertise in ventilation, acute care, perioperative medicine, and paediatric rehabilitation. He has made contributions to the field through his clinical practice, research, and teaching, with notable publications on topics such as war-related spinal cord injuries and clinical early warning scores for spinal cord injury populations.
