There have been a large number of cases  recently on the conduct of some experts and those instructing them this year, many of them will be looked at in the webinar.

The aim of the webinar is to ensure that lawyers understand the law and principles relating to expert evidence, can use expert evidence properly and effectively and can take steps where their own (or their opponent’s) experts go “off the rails”.
