Introducing the APIL guidance for recording of meetings with medical experts

APIL has put together guidance for members on the, sometimes quite complex, issues which can arise in relation to the recording of meetings with medical experts (whether the claimant’s own expert or the defendant’s expert). 

This webinar will introduce the guidance, give a reminder of the background, explore the tactical considerations and outline some of the practicalities and cover:
