Zuckerberg's Law: How can social media be effectively regulated on a global stage?

In 2018, the Cambridge Analytica scandal rocked the social media industry, and exposed a number of serious issues where social networks were having a damaging impact on society.

From influencing elections to allowing hateful content to be shared, calls for regulation have been growing over the last 18 months. Facebook believe they have come up with a solution, dubbed the 'Facebook Supreme Court', but will it be enough?

David Glenwright from JC Social Media explores exactly what Facebook's proposal is, and asks the question - is it even possible to regulate the world of social media?
