I have considerable experience in taking personal injury claims on behalf of Pursuers and on defending these types of claim for institutional clients in both the Court of Session and the Sheriff Court. My role also involves providing technical assistance to solicitors and paralegals in the Insurance Procedure Team on points of law and procedure and written pleadings. I also have a supervisory role in respect of solicitors in the Household Team. I am regularly asked to give training seminars to members of the department. What Inspired You To Get Into Law?
