About APIL Training

APIL has been delivering personal injury and clinical negligence training since 1992. Our training is delivered by practitioners for practitioners, is well-established, and of the highest quality.

To maintain APIL’s high quality standards, all legal training is accredited and carefully monitored, with feedback being scrutinised by APIL’s training & accreditation committee and executive.

Continuing professional development is essential to maintain APIL accreditation and to keep personal injury lawyers equipped with sufficient legal knowledge, understanding and skills to run their caseload competently.

APIL accredits offices to run their legal training in-house, accredits certain courses run by other providers and barristers’ chambers, and also runs its own programme of over 120 training events nationwide.
