Having spent over 25 years in the legal cost industry and subsequently qualifying as a Costs Lawyer in 2010, Nick has become a well-respected expert in his field, speaking regularly and managing an office that handles complex caseloads of Catastrophic Injury and Clinical Negligence litigation costs matters, costs management & budgeting and detailed assessment proceedings, as well as conducting appeals up to the Court of Appeal and assessments pursuant to the Solicitors Act 1974.
Nick is also the founder of Kain Knight’s unique online platform for Fixed Recoverable Costs, aptly named FRCConnect.
