As a PI lawyer, you want to deliver great service to your clients and colleagues but that’s not always easy, especially when everyone is under pressure. 

This session is suited to any PI lawyer who delivers a service to external clients or to colleagues within their firm.

Following the webinar, you can expect to have a range of practical tools and techniques that you can apply selectively, in real situations, to help you deliver excellent service and relieve some of the pressures on you.

The webinar will focus specifically on: 

  • Finding out what clients really expect, and managing unrealistic expectations.
  • Focusing on ‘moments that matter’ to make a positive impression without it taking much time. 
  • Keeping people informed and choosing the best ways to communicate.
  • Coming across at your confident best, even in daunting circumstances.
  • How to deal with ‘difficult’ situations, such as vague instructions or unreasonable deadlines, and how to say ‘no’ in ways that will be respected rather than seeming unhelpful.
  • How to save the situation when things go wrong
