Junior PI lawyers can sometimes be faced with aggressive negotiating tactics by their opposite numbers.

This session explores ways to deal with these situations including:

  • How to prepare yourself well to help you deal with every situation
  • Recognising when and why aggressive and even bullying tactics are being used against you
  • Developing techniques to counter such aggressive tactics – to win
  • When to ask for help from your colleagues and your firm
  • Understanding the regulatory landscape, and how this can be used to help you
