For PI firms, delivering good service profitably means that everyone in the firm who has a responsibility for managing others should understand the fundamentals of how to get the best from people and develop them to deliver to a high level of performance. This session will provide practical tips and templates covering:

  • What really motivates people and helps them to succeed
  • How to delegate to achieve high performance and to develop people
  • How to deliver feedback quickly - both praise and where there is potential for improvement - so that it will be well-received and acted upon
  • Using simple but effective coaching techniques
  • Managing different types of people and dealing with practical people issues
